This meditation pillow is handmade and filled with buckwheat hulls. Buckwheat hulls conform so well to the shape of the body resulting in a comfortable and stable pillow for meditation. It is similar to sitting in a mound of beach sand and therefore can provide a more grounded feel. Each pillow is unique and has a washable cover.
